Since my birthday is coming up.. how ‘bout a gift, yes? (cough)

          Have you ever been told to get a life? If so, what is the basis of having a life? There have been a lot of arguments with regards to when life starts. Some say it’s the fluttering of a fetus’ first heartbeat, others say it’s when the baby gets pushed out into the world. The true beginning of life is rooted in your own perception. You may begin your life whenever you want based on how you wish to understand what it is. Scientifically speaking, life is the condition that differ us from inorganic matter but the real meaning of life lies on how you live your own.

          Life is a beautiful gift given to us by the creator, but it can also be tragic. It is full of moments of joy, happiness, sorrow, victory, success, failures, and problems that not a single soul is exempted from experiencing. The test of life is not on how much you own or on how successful you’ve become rather it is on how much you’ve made the most out of what you got. As much as we all want to remain in this world, our stay is limited. We are only given one chance to experience what life has to offer, to fall in love, to drive our first car, to make memories, so smile at strangers, be stupid, make mistakes, and don’t let any moment pass. Life is too short for regrets.

          The number of mistakes you’ve made, the awards you received, the possessions you’ve owned, the depths of your fame, wouldn’t matter because at the end of the day, the best things in life are free. What’s important is that you are happy. Remember that things are they way they are for a reason. You may wake up with pains and aches now, but it won’t be long until you wake up on a bed of roses. They say that when you’re on your way to the other world you will see your life flash before your eyes, make it worth watching.
